A.X. Mina

A.X. Mina is the senior vice president, specialized support, leading a team of experts who drive excellence across a variety of functional areas of our portfolio organizations, leading to their growth and resilience. This work includes developing baseline resources, leading strong learning experiences, creating new partnerships, and building communities of practice.

Most recently, A.X. worked as a strategic consultant and leadership coach across product development, revenue sustainability and strategic foresight disciplines for groups like LION Publishers, the News Product Management Certification, NEW INC and The OpEd Project. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer of a global media nonprofit and has facilitated and developed leadership and mental health programs aimed at improving journalists’ and leaders’ safety and well-being. 

A.X. is a founding board member of the News Product Alliance and serves on the boards of the Dorothea and Leo Rabkin Foundation and the Processing Foundation. She lives in New York City.
