Alice serves the organization’s overall growth in terms of revenue and strategy and develops partnerships with place-based funders and community foundations. She also supports external partnerships, including policy and advocacy work.

Alice is a philanthropy executive, digital video strategist and a two-time Emmy-award-winning journalist. She has worked in national news for two decades, including various editorial and production roles at NBC News and as a senior producer of digital video at The Washington Post. Alice also helped launch a short documentary initiative at the Tribeca Film Institute. Most recently, she was a media advisor to a private family foundation.

Alice is based in Los Angeles and serves on the board of TheGuardian.org, the JustFund Advisory Council, the Traditioned Innovation Project at the Ormond Center at Duke Divinity School, and as a co-chair at the Partnership for American Democracy.
