Adina Berliant-McDougall

Adina is a lead strategist on our development team, with oversight of central fundraising communications and operations.

Previously, she was development manager at the New York-based local nonprofit news organization City Limits, where she led revenue diversification initiatives with a focus on sustainable reader-revenue opportunities. Adina worked in local politics before City Limits, including as a consultant to a New York mayoral re-election campaign.

She is a member of the national advisory council for Hello Neighbor Network, a coalition of grassroots organizations working in post-refugee resettlement, and has served on the Grants Advisory Committee at the New York Women’s Foundation and several national democracy reform initiatives. Adina is based in New York.
