We benchmark our salaries against similar organizations, and use a scale that considers job complexity and magnitude of responsibility to determine role levels and corresponding base salaries, as well as offer regular opportunities for salary increases.
Affordable health care options
We work to ensure our team has access to quality and affordable health care. AJP covers 100% of the monthly premiums for individual health, vision, and dental plans, and most of the cost for family plans.
Vacation and holidays
We offer 16 paid vacation days annually (increasing over time), as well as all federal holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
We offer unlimited personal leave so that team members can take the time they need when they are sick, caring for sick family members, or dealing with childcare conflicts or other obligations that come up in our day-to-day lives.
Paid parental leave
We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave for the birth, adoption, or fostering of a child.
Remote work environment
Our staff members work in a fully virtual environment. Most team members work from home, but as needed, we provide access to co-working or shared office space. We also provide an annual home office stipend and reimburse $100 a month for mobile phone and Wi-Fi usage.
Saving for retirement
We provide eligible employees with traditional and Roth 401(k) plans and contribute up to 4% in matching funds. All employee contributions and employer matching funds are immediately vested.
